PAYMENT METHODS

The main method of payment for products is done by cash on delivery system.

Payment of products is made only refund to courier.

BUYING METHODS

1. Search for the desired product directly in the special search field on the website (located at the top right of the upper bar) or by browsing the product categories directly from the menu displayed on the website.
2. Add the products to the shopping cart by selecting the “Add to Cart” button. You can add and put in the basket several products, from all categories and they can be different.
3. After adding all the products to the cart, you must also select the desired payment method.
4. Don’t forget to read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS at the bottom of the page before sending the order.
5. The final step for submitting the order is the “Send order” button. Shortly after pressing this button you will receive a confirmation e-mail highlighting the registration of the order.

DELIVERY METHODS

NaturaTex currently delivers on the territory of Romania by fast courier company, DSC Dragon Star.
